42% of the internet is on WordPress for a good reason.

WordPress is the most powerful and flexible CMS.
There’s a learning curve, but it’s totally worth it, you can always DM me on Twitter, I’m happy to help.

You will need hosting to run WordPress. I have switched hosting multiple times for slow site speed, security problems and high prices.

What I use now and recommend: ChemiCloud (Here’s an updated Google Sheet that compares in depth every hosting out there). For design, I use the Elementor page builder plugin.

My go-to when connecting to free WIFI and bypassing geoblocking on websites. The cheapest VPN out there, and very fast and feature-rich as well.

Launch everything, fast and efficiently

The built-in Windows search is slow and inefficient. Clicking on icons is a thing of the past. Using FlowLauncher, you can search files, websites, bookmarks, Spotify, Notion, or ChatGPT at the speed of light.

Automate your typing

I have saved so much time using this app. Every time I find myself typing the same thing more than 3 times, I create a text snippet for it.

You can also use some advanced cool features like automatically adding the person’s name into the text-snippet on twitter messages, for example.

All-in-one messaging app

If you ever dreamed of reaching inbox-zero, this is the way to go. And this also means that I can respond to Instagram and Twitter DM’s without getting distracted in there.

To-do lists, Habits, Calendar

Honestly, there’s plenty of good to-do list apps like Sunsama (paid), Routine, etc.

I like TickTick, and it works great for me. It’s extraordinarily cheap, and the two-way sync for Google Calendar is great for daily planning.

✅ Windows
✅ MacOS (for Mac, Arc is even better)

The Chrome replacement

It’s much, much faster than Chrome. Ad-blocker by default, and privacy first. Then there’s the crypto stuff, but you can disable all that if it’s not your thing.

Your notes app personalized for you

I have tried several note-taking apps, and Notion is the one I keep getting back to. It’s so flexible that I can literally build anything on there: my business dashboard, book notes, finance tracker, content calendar, recipes archive, etc. Some people prefer the simplicity of apps like Evernote and Obsidian tough.

Get the most out of what you read

This is probably the best ROI for me of all the tools on this page. With Readwise, I remember more of what I read from books, kindle, articles, videos, and tweets. I even built a Chrome and Firefox Extension to show my Readwise highlights in the browser’s new tab.

The most powerful screenshot app

I love many of the advanced features, such as uploading to Imgur, OCR, GoogleDrive backup, and GIF/Video recording.

That being said, due to the vast number of features, it can be somewhat overwhelming to configure.

Set it once and forget it data protection

I used to get spam calls and emails everyday, turns out, my personal information was being sold by data brokers without my consent. Incogni contacts those data brokers on your behalf, and removes your personal information.
