Can't Hurt Me Book Photo

Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins (Amazon)

This book changed me completely this year.

And I picked it while training for a first-time half-marathon so I felt like every single word was written for me.

It’s simply amazing. If you feel like you are not destined for any success in life because you are (insert-here) or you experienced (insert-here), then this might shake your limiting beliefs to the ground.

David, besides all the child abuse and trauma that he went through, had all of the reasons to think that his failure was .

Nonetheless, he refused to accept that truth.

Refusing to be complacent, he challenged himself every single day, finding growth in the things that felt hard and uncomfortable.

Taking back control of his mind. And of his own destiny .

David Goggins is now a retired Navy SEAL and the only member of the United States Armed Forces to have completed training in the top three elite troops.

He has competed in more than 60 ultramarathons, triathlons, and ultra-triathlons, breaking race records and regularly finishing in the top five.

He explains the tools and shifts you need to make to have the same mental mastery to excel at anything in your life and break free from your limiting beliefs .

It’s time to stop choosing the path of the least effort.
